1. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment.
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse bookings that do not comply with our policies.

2. Access and Usage

• Members may access the coworking space during operating hours, unless otherwise agreed.
• The space must not be used for illegal or hazardous activities.
• Subletting or transferring your membership is not allowed without written consent.

3. Cleanliness and Hygiene

• All members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and tidy.
• Shared areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, restrooms) must be left in the same condition as found.
• Any waste should be disposed of in the designated bins provided.
• Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in cleaning fees or termination of membership.

4. Damage and Broken Items

• Members are responsible for any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or the premises.
• Any broken items must be reported immediately to the management team.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible party.
• Intentional damage will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Community Guidelines

• Respect all members, guests, and staff — harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to maintain a productive environment.
• Meeting rooms should be booked in advance and used only for the allocated time.
• Collaborate and contribute positively to the coworking community.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Members are advised to secure their valuables and have appropriate insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and notified to members via email where applicable.
